02Your case

Run your own numbers

Set your team size and locations, then put in what you pay today. Turnozo's price is public and always the same: €2.47 per active employee a month, free up to 10, locations included. Per-location pricing favors one big site; per-employee pricing favors almost everyone else.

03Locations

A second address doubles the Homebase bill

Homebase prices per location: $70 a month each on Plus, $120 on All-in-One. Their own FAQ is clear that a separate street address is a separate location, even in the same city, and even the free Basic plan stops at one location. On Turnozo you pay per employee and the structure is included: one space per site, managers scoped to their locations, one invoice.

The sticker also understates the real bill. An example built from their published add-on prices: two locations on All-in-One come to $240, payroll for 25 paid employees adds $39 plus $150, and Tip Manager adds $25 per location, $50 more. Total: $479 a month against the $120 sticker. Those same 25 people on Turnozo: €61.75 a month, with hours exported for whoever runs your payroll.

05The migration

Switching takes days, not months

No need to stop the operation. Turnozo is free up to 10 employees with no lock-in, so you can set it up in parallel before cancelling anything.

  1. 01

    Import your team

Employees come in from your Homebase export or your usual spreadsheet, reviewed before anything is applied.

  2. 02

    Recreate your locations

Each location is set up with its own managers and work addresses per shift. None of it shows up on the bill.

  3. 03

The team clocks in on day one

Everyone gets their invite and clocks in from their phone, with location when the shift calls for it.

  4. 04

    First month-end close, together

One file with hours per employee and location, ready for your payroll provider. We review it with you.

Frequently asked questions

Another question? Email us and we'll reply same day.

Month for month: if your prepaid Homebase plan has 5 months left, your first 5 months of Turnozo are free. Homebase's support materials indicate annual prepayments aren't refunded, so the offer covers exactly the months you'd otherwise pay twice. Email support@turnozo.com with your renewal date and team size and we'll put it in writing. On monthly? Migration is free, and so are your first 10 employees.

Export your employee list from Homebase (or your usual spreadsheet) and import it into Turnozo. You review the draft before anything is applied: employees, roles and locations. Schedules are recreated in minutes with weekly templates. Export your timesheet history from Homebase before closing the account and keep the files; your Turnozo record starts clean from the first clock-in.

You add each location, scope managers to their own, assign work addresses per shift, and keep one invoice. Locations never touch the price: €2.47 per active employee a month whether you run one site or ten.

Plainly: Turnozo doesn't process US payroll inside the app. What you get is a monthly export with hours per employee and location, ready to hand to your payroll provider. Turnozo gives you clean hours flowing into whatever already runs your payroll.

Prices are set in euros: €2.47 per active employee a month, about $2.90 at current rates. Your card pays in dollars at your bank's exchange rate, so the dollar amount can vary slightly month to month. The price itself is public and the same for everyone, with no tiers and no per-location fees.

Free up to 10 employees, no card to start. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial and is billed monthly, with no long-term contracts: cancel whenever you want and you simply stop being billed. That means you can set Turnozo up in parallel and cancel Homebase only once you're settled.
