How do I track my referrals?
You'll get a unique referral link. We track every signup that comes through it and keep you updated on conversions.
What if they don't sign up right away?
No problem. Your referral link stays active for 30 days. If someone clicks today and signs up two weeks later, you still get credit.
What if they contact us directly instead of using the link?
You still get credit. If someone mentions your name, or you give us a heads up that you sent them our way, that counts. We track referrals by link and by name — whichever comes first.
When do I get paid?
Commission is calculated monthly based on what your referrals actually pay. We'll work out the payment method that suits you best.
What if my referral cancels?
You earn commission only on months they're a paying customer. If they cancel, commission stops — but there's no clawback on what you already earned.
