Everything Turnozo does

01 — The map
Seven modules, one app
Each module has its own page with the full detail. Here is what each one does and the link to dive in.

The idea
The schedule is the plan. The clock-in is what actually happened. Turnozo shows you both, side by side.
02 — The flow
From draft week to closed month
The pieces connect on their own while the team works. This is what happens between publishing and closing.
01
12–1616–24+Plan and publish
Build the week and publish per location. The team gets notified instantly; while it stays a draft, nobody sees those shifts.
02
9–17✓ 8:58The team clocks in
Each clock-in links to the nearest published shift. A shift with no clock-in shows as missing hours, not worked hours.
03
July · 436 h+6,5 hReview and close the month
Approve pending timesheets, the time account moves on its own, and you export the month per employee for payroll.
03 — The assistant
From signup to first schedule, by chat
The assistant creates locations, roles, employees and contracts, and drafts the schedule week by week for you to review before publishing.
- Team, roles, locations and contracts by chat
- Week-by-week schedule drafts, reviewed before confirming
- Recurring series for fixed patterns
Publishing weeks, approving timesheets and absences, or changing billing happens in the app, not the chat. The assistant prepares; you decide.

05 — Questions
Frequently asked questions
The how-does-it-work questions we hear most, answered straight.
Yes. If manual entries are enabled in time tracking settings, employees or managers can add worked hours manually. Automatic clock-in/out is optional.
No. The schedule is the plan. Worked hours are recorded through clock-in/out or manual entries. A planned shift without a clock-in record appears as missing time, not credited hours.
The schedule is planned week by week (Monday to Sunday). The assistant can help you draft the first week of the month and continue with the next ones after review.
Not automatically. Absences create visible conflicts in the schedule, but the shifts stay there until the manager adjusts or removes them.
Open shifts must be published, and the employee must be eligible for the shift's location and role. If the week or location is not published, employees do not see those shifts.
Check that the week and location are published. Assigned shifts become visible to employees when published; if the schedule is still a draft, the team does not see them in Turnozo.
If the employee is already linked to an account, they should sign in with the new email. There is no need to send a new invitation; just update the email on the employees page.
Essential covers up to 10 employees and one location for €9.99/month, with every feature included. Pro costs €2.99/employee/month from employee 11 or the second location, and from employee 11 or the second location the whole workforce is billed.
