03 — The cliffs
One hire can raise the 7shifts bill by $60 a month
7shifts prices per location, in tiers capped by headcount: free up to 15 employees, $44.99 up to 30, $89.99 up to 60, $149.99 beyond. At the top of a tier the sticker looks good, sometimes better than ours. One more hire and the whole location changes tier: employee 16 ends the free plan, employee 31 adds $45 a month, employee 61 adds $60. On Turnozo the same hire adds €2.47.
The tiers then multiply: every paid plan is billed per location, so three locations on Pro are $269.97 a month before add-ons. And add-ons stack fast: Tip Management is $49.99 per location, Task Management $12.99, Manager Log Book $14.99. Pro plus Tips plus Tasks comes to $152.97 per location, more than their Premium sticker. Prices have moved before, too: in January 2025 the middle tiers were $34.99 and $76.99, and the free plan covered 20 employees, not 15. Turnozo is one public price with everything in it: €2.47 per employee, locations free.

Month for month: if your prepaid 7shifts plan has 5 months left, your first 5 months of Turnozo are free. Their terms state that fees are non-refundable, so the offer covers exactly the months you'd otherwise pay twice. Email support@turnozo.com with your renewal date, team size and locations and we'll put it in writing. On monthly? 7shifts bills you for the current month and that's it, so migration is simply free, and so are your first 10 employees.
Export your employee list from 7shifts (or your usual spreadsheet) and import it into Turnozo. You review the draft before anything is applied: employees, roles and locations. Schedules are recreated in minutes with weekly templates. Export your timesheet history from 7shifts before closing the account and keep the files; your Turnozo record starts clean from the first clock-in.

A single-location team sitting near the top of one of their tiers pays less on the sticker: 60 employees in one location is $89.99 a month on their Pro, and the same team on Turnozo is €148.20. What moves the math is everything around the sticker: the 61st hire takes that location to $149.99, every paid tier is billed per location, add-ons like Tip Management run $49.99 per location, and their terms allow renewal at the then-current rate. No, plainly. Turnozo doesn't pool or pay out tips and doesn't integrate with POS systems today. What you get is scheduling, GPS clock-in, time tracking and a monthly export with hours per employee and location, ready for whoever runs your payroll. If most of your 7shifts bill pays for the schedule and the time clock, that's exactly the part Turnozo does, at €2.47 per employee.
Prices are set in euros: €2.47 per active employee a month, about $2.90 at current rates. Your card pays in dollars at your bank's exchange rate, so the dollar amount can vary slightly month to month. The price itself is public and the same for everyone, with no tiers, no employee caps and no per-location fees.
