01The comparison

The numbers, with their terms in hand

Factorial doesn't publish its full price list. What it does publish: a “from €5.50” per person and, in its terms for Spain, a 19-seat billing minimum. That's what we built the comparison on, for a team of 12, line by line.

03The minimum

You pay for 19 even when you're 8

Factorial's billing minimum for Spain is 19 seats, counted per registered employee, invited or not. At their “from €5.50”, that's about €104.50 a month even when you're 8. On Turnozo you pay for your actual team: €2.47 per active employee, free up to 10.

And scheduling isn't in their base plan: the shifts module is sold separately and auto-scheduling is Enterprise-only, per their own documentation. Factorial bundles many HR modules; that's the point. If you came for schedules and clock-in, you're paying suite prices for a side module.

05The migration

Switching takes days, not months

No need to stop the operation. Turnozo is free up to 10 employees with no lock-in, so you can set it up in parallel before cancelling anything.

  1. 01

    Import your team

Employees and contracts come in from your spreadsheet or Factorial export, reviewed before anything is applied.

  2. 02

    Mirror your structure

One branch per legal entity, managers scoped to their branches, work locations assigned per shift.

  3. 03

The team clocks in on day one

Everyone gets their invite and clocks in from their phone, with location when the shift calls for it.

  4. 04

    First month-end close, together

One file with hours per employee and branch, ready for payroll. We review it with you.

06Questions

Frequently asked questions

Another question? Email us and we'll reply same day.

Month for month: if you have 4 months already paid on Factorial, your first 4 months of Turnozo are free. Their terms don't include pro-rata refunds if you cancel before renewal, so we credit those months instead. Email support@turnozo.com and we'll put it in writing.

Export your employee list from Factorial (or your usual spreadsheet) and import it into Turnozo: you review the draft before anything is applied. Schedules are recreated in minutes with weekly templates. Export your clock-in history from Factorial before cancelling; your new record in Turnozo starts on day one, and the exported history stays on file for inspections.

Per their terms for Spain, Factorial bills a minimum of 19 seats regardless of actual usage. Seats count per registered employee, invited or not. With a team of 8, you pay for 19. On Turnozo you pay only for your active employees, and up to 10 it's free.

Per their terms, once the contract ends your data stops being accessible and is destroyed after a blocking period. So export everything before cancelling: employees, contracts, clock-ins and documents. If you like, we'll walk that export with you during the migration.

Factorial is a broad HR suite: payroll, document management, digital signature, performance reviews. Turnozo doesn't do payroll or advisory; it focuses on scheduling, clock-in and time tracking, and gives you exports with hours per employee and branch ready for your payroll provider. If you came for schedules and clock-in, Turnozo makes that the product, not a module inside a suite.

Yes. Turnozo is free up to 10 employees with no lock-in, so you can set up your account in parallel, trial clock-in and scheduling with part of the team, and cancel Factorial only once you're settled. And if Turnozo isn't the right fit, you cancel anytime: the plan is monthly.

Switching offer

Your remaining Factorial months, free on Turnozo

Month for month: 4 months already paid on Factorial means your first 4 months of Turnozo are free. Their terms don't refund that time if you leave before renewal; here you don't lose it.

No fine print: we put it in writing before you start.
