I'm Diego and I build Turnozo from Valencia. I started it after watching people who run a business lose hours every week to scheduling: texting the team one by one, a spreadsheet nobody checks, last-minute gaps that could have been prevented.

The big tools are built for big companies. Turnozo is built for your team: the rota, clock-ins and absences, connected, without the weight of an HR suite. If you're after payroll or biometric tracking, Turnozo isn't for you, and we say so plainly.

We're a small team on purpose. There are no layers between the people using Turnozo and the people building it: if something doesn't fit how you work, tell us and we'll figure it out together. And if you ask for something reasonable on a Monday, it's usually live that same week.

Support works the same way. When you write, you don't get a chatbot or a ticket queue: you get the person who built the screen in front of you. Answering is part of the product.
