You can optionally enable location checks for any location. When employees clock in, Turnozo checks whether they are within the allowed distance from the work address. They can still clock in outside that distance with a reason if needed.
Yes. Export approved hours by employee and period to CSV, Excel, or PDF. Managers can download a monthly Excel workbook for payroll/accounting.
No. Turnozo focuses on scheduling, time tracking, and timesheets. For messaging, use whatever your team already uses (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.). For payroll, export monthly hours to your existing system. We'd rather do three things well than ten things poorly.
Yes. Turnozo can prepare a first draft based on your team, availability, and basic rules. You review, adjust, and publish when you want. Nothing reaches your team until you approve it.
