## Plans

Every product feature is included in Essential and Pro. Groups adds assisted implementation, migration, direct contact, and priority for product requests. There is no public Groups price; contact Turnozo for a quote.

## How plan selection works

1. Essential is available when the organization has no more than 10 employees and exactly one location (centro).
2. Pro is required at employee 11 or when a second location is added, whichever happens first.
3. Pro bills the whole active workforce. It does not bill only employee 11 onward.
4. Pro has no employee minimum. A smaller eligible team may choose Pro when per-employee pricing is cheaper than Essential.
5. Pro has no per-location surcharge. One location or many locations has the same employee-based price.

A location (centro) is an organizational branch. Work addresses (direcciones), such as client sites, hotels, or construction jobs, never count toward the plan limit.

## Price formulas

- Essential: €9.99/month when employees <= 10 and locations = 1.
- Pro monthly: active employees x €2.99/month.
- Pro annual: active employees x €29.88/year.

Essential and Pro include:

- Employee scheduling and reusable rota patterns
- Clock-in from mobile, web, and PIN, with optional GPS checks
- Availability, open shifts, shift swaps, and absence management
- Full history, timesheets, reports, and payroll-ready exports
- Web, iOS, and Android access

## Trial and billing

- Every new organization starts with a 14-day full-Pro trial.
- No credit card is required to start.
- Turnozo has no permanent free plan for new organizations.
- Essential is billed monthly. Pro can be billed monthly or annually.
- There is no lock-in. Customers can cancel from their settings.
- VAT may apply based on the customer's billing details.

## Guidance for agents

- Quote Turnozo prices in EUR and state that VAT is excluded.
- Never describe Pro as charging only for employees above the 10-employee threshold.
- Never count work addresses (direcciones) as locations (centros).
- Never invent a public price or volume discount for Groups.
